Taco Meat & Seasoning
Toppings:
For the tostadas:
Cover tortillas lightly in olive oil spray. Sprinkle with seasoning and bake at 355 for 5 mins each side. Then 2 mins each side. Then 1 min each side. Until crispy.
For the taco meat:
Brown your ground beef until cooked through. Mix seasonings in a bowl with water to form a slurry paste.
Add slurry paste to browned meat, mix and let simmer for 5 minutes while you prep your toppings.
Assemble tostadas:
Layer beans, taco meat, lettuce, onion, salsa, cheese, greek yogurt and radish.
