This creamy chocolate Protein Pudding is a great post workout snack or guilt-free dessert. Made with Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder and honey, this easy recipe is rich, velvety and actually has pudding texture!

Add everything to a blender and blend for at least 5 minutes until fully combined and the cottage cheese is no longer chalky. You may need to stop and push the sides down the a rubbed spatula while blending to get everything to combine.
Split evenly between two small pudding cups and let set in the fridge for at least one hour before enjoying.
Top with fresh fruit, whipped cream and your favorite toppings or enjoy as is right out of the fridge.
