cup sugar

cup unsalted butter

tbsp creamy peanut butter

tsp vanilla extract
cup potato

cup all purpose flour

tsp cinnamon

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a cookie sheet with piece of parchment paper. 1 In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, melted butter, peanut butter, vanilla and mashed banana until smooth.Some banana chunks can remain. 2 In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. 3 Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. 4 Fold in the chocolate chips. 5 Drop 1.5 Tbsp. spoonfuls of cookie dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet. This recipes makes approximately 17 cookies with a 1.5 Tbsp. cookie scoop. 6 Bake for 7-9 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
