What you need

cup nonfat greek yogurt
cup unsweetened applesauce

tbsp honey
egg

tsp vanilla extract

cup wheat flour

cup vanilla protein powder

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

tsp ground cinnamon

cup walnut

dark chocolate chips
cup blueberry
Instructions
0 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and prepare a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper. 1 In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, applesauce, honey (or sugar substitute), eggs, and vanilla extract. 2 In a separate bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. 3 Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix as it can result in a dense bread. If using, fold in the chopped walnuts or dark chocolate chips. 5 Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. 6 Bake for 50 minutes (more if needed), or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs. If the top is browning too quickly, you can cover the bread with a piece of aluminum foil. 7 Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.View original recipe
