What you need

cup frozen yogurt

cup freeze-dried strawberries

tbsp lemon juice

cup stevia
tbsp arrowroot

cup old fashioned oats

cup almond flour

vanilla protein powder

tsp ground cinnamon

tbsp coconut oil

cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
0 Preheat your oven to 350°Fahreheight. 1 In a large bowl, combine the mixed berries, lemon juice, 1/4 cup sweetener, and arrowroot. Stir until all the berries are coated evenly. Pour the berry mixture into a cast iron pan or 9x13 baking dish. 2 In another bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, protein powder, sweetener, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until the dry ingredients are well mixed. 3 Pour the melted coconut oil into the dry ingredients, followed by the almond milk. Stir until the mixture resembles a uncooked oatmeal. 4 Evenly distribute the crumble topping over the berry mixture in the baking dish. 5 Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the berry mixture is bubbly. 6 Let the cobbler cool for a few minutes before serving.
